On July 3rd , Professor Dr. Suchart Upatham, Consultant of Burapha University and the delegation visited the Graduate School of Maritime Sciences, Kobe University.
They were welcomed by Dean ODA Keiji, Professor KOBAYASHI Eiichi and Professor LIU Qiusheng. They discussed a variety of topics, such as the possibility of Double Degree Program, to promote academic exchanges between two universities.;
